Change Rooms
 
Please note that our change rooms close 15 mintues prior to end of closing. If coming in store for hiring please allow yourself approx 45-30 mintues for dressing up
 

Our Adult Costume Hire Rates

Our standard adult costume hire rate is $39.99 - $49.99, for most costumes, including character & licensed outfits. All our full adult hires are fully accessorized; even if you’re after a wig for that particular costume we are happy to throw it in free of charge. 

Adult Costume Hire rates range between $24.99 for your most basic and up to $64.99 for our deluxe costumes.

 

Security Bonds & Photo ID (Only applies for Costume Hire)

If your coming in store to hire a costume, upon payment you will be required to show us a current form of identification e.g.: drivers license

Our security bonds for our hire costumes are always the same amount of your costume hire; this can be left as cash or an imprint of a debit/credit card.

Once the costume is returned on the due date & in the same condition, your bond will be returned to you.

 

Late Fees (Only applies for Costume Hire)

A $10 late fee applies per business day per costumes.

We will contact all late returns via phone call or SMS.

 

Payment Methods

We accept Cash, EFTPOS or Credit Card for all purchases in store.  Please note we don’t accept AMEX, we apologize for any inconvenience.

 

Terms & Conditions  (Only applies for Costume Hire)

Booking

We required a $20 holding fee when booking a costume in store, we suggest you are 100% happy with the outfit you have chosen, as this is a neither non-refundable nor transferable booking fee.

 Lost Items

If you are returning a costume with missing items we will charge for the replacement cost. Please note this isn’t something we like to do and therefore will only charge a wholesale cost price for the item/s.

Damaged Costumes

Subject to the manager’s discretion, costumes that are returned with excessive damage i.e.; excessive stains, tearing or crazy string damage; will result in the full bond amount being retained for the replacement of the costume.
